About X SERIES
Observing its 10th anniversary, WAY Cables launched the X SERIES, a unique works of art individually made by hand that pushes the boundaries of High-End audio cables to the next level. It took four years of comprehensive developments, new implementations, and extensive listening tests to explore and find the best-sounding solutions and conquer new sonic peaks.
By applying new findings, WAY Cables has brought to uncompromising audiophiles X SERIES cables as a reference for an immersive, soul-stirring music-listening experience, enabling ultimate audio equipment to show a soundscape never thought possible. The X SERIES includes:
– PoetryX – Analog single-ended RCA & balanced XLR interconnects and digital S/PDIF & AES-EBU cables,
– EndlessX – Single-wire speaker cable and bi-wiring jumpers, also available in cable versions for bi-wiring and bi-amping,
– IntuitionX – Ethernet audio cable that exceeds Category 8.1 standards by far.
Handcrafting a single X SERIES cable can take up to four days of meticulous work to ensure precision in each detail and materialize as the artist envisages.

The X SERIES brings a new level of top-notch materials and components that are tailor-made to meet specific requirements or are customized by WAY Cables:
– 6N Single Crystal Silver for new solid-core conductors, hand-polished and manually insulated in multi-layered 1.3k dielectric COT-WAY of Pure Cotton,
– 4N Pure Silver XLR connectors for analog and digital cables (RCA, speaker and power plugs are already of Pure Silver),
– World-first Ethernet RJ45 connectors with 4N Silver-over-Gold plated contacts, 4N Silver-plated piercings and internal PCB, and 24K Gold-plated 360° shielding housing,
– Two-layer 4N Silver-plated braided shield of Pure Copper for digital audio cables,
– Natural or optionally vegan leather sheaths for protecting cable’s sensitive structure and shape, giving the X SERIES product family a striking appearance and functionality.
