Return and Refund Policy

At WAY Cables, we want you to be delighted with your purchase — whether you’re joining us for the first time or already part of our global family of happy users. Every WAY Cables creation is meticulously handcrafted, from bare wire to the final product. We control quality at every stage of production, and before shipping, we video-document each item to ensure it meets our uncompromising standards and to provide proof of the product’s condition and functionality at the time of dispatch.
When you receive the cable, please follow the Instructions for Use. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund — no questions asked — in accordance with this Policy.
🔁 RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal: All returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Goods: All returned items must be undamaged and free of signs of use, except for minor traces that might occur on connector contact pins, due to normal use. Returned items must have all original tags and labels attached, be in the original packaging, and shipped in the same box they were received in.
Customized Products: Items customized to specific lengths, configurations, or personalized finishes requested by the customer are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are non‑refundable, final sale.
📦 RETURN PROCESS
Customers must email WAY Cables within 15 days of delivery to receive instructions and a shipping label. They are required to use the designated courier and include the original packaging and shipping box they received with the items. WAY Cables designed this process to be simple and hassle-free for customers, giving them peace of mind.
💸 REFUNDS
WAY Cables operates on the principle of complete fairness.
If the return results from an error on WAY Cables’ part (such as defective or incorrect items), the full amount paid will be refunded.
For a standard return (Right of Withdrawal), the net amount received will be refunded, minus the actual logistics costs. The following deductions will apply:
- Logistics Costs: The actual costs of the initial Priority shipping to the customer and the return shipping back to WAY Cables are non‑refundable. For total clarity, the customer will be informed of these specific shipping amounts in writing during the inquiry process and before any payment is made.
- Transaction Fees: Any non‑refundable bank or payment processor fees incurred during the initial transaction and the refund process will be deducted, ensuring that the refund reflects the exact net amount WAY Cables received.
- Duties & Taxes: If any non‑refundable import fees are incurred during the return of the product to WAY Cables, these costs will also be deducted from the final refund, with proof of that paid amount provided to the customer.
- Process: Refunds are issued via bank transfer in Euros (EUR) within seven (7) days after WAY Cables receives and inspects the returned products.
🔄 EXCHANGES
If the customer receives a wrong, defective, or damaged product and contacts WAY Cables within 15 days of delivery, it will arrange an immediate replacement and include a special gift with the new shipment as a gesture of apology. This does not affect the statutory 2-year warranty rights.
This Policy is fully aligned with WAY Cables Purchasing Conditions, which govern the legal right of withdrawal and comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
